How much time will the course require each week?

Each week, you’ll need approximately:

  • 30–60 minutes per week (including live sessions)
  • 10 minutes per day spread across 5 days

Why do the courses last several weeks?

Transforming your sleep habits requires time to create lasting change. These courses guide you step by step, helping you build sustainable routines that continue to benefit you long after the course ends.

Will live sessions be recorded?

Yes, all live sessions are recorded. If you miss a session, you can catch up at your convenience. You’ll also have access to rewatch them anytime.

Can I sign up with others?

Can my company reimburse me for this course?

Yes! If you think your employer might cover the cost, email us at info@elsvanderhelm.com, and we’ll help you get reimbursed.

Do the courses include live 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Els van der Helm?

While live 1-on-1 sessions aren’t included, you’ll receive direct guidance during the live group sessions. For additional support, you can always reach out to us via email.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you complete the course and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, upon completing the course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Note that the courses do not provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
